Parental Support: Winter Dance

Our 7th and 8th graders had a blast at the Winter Dance.  It was so much fun celebrating the end of the semester with all of our 7th and 8th graders.  I want to thank the parents who worked hard to decorate and help chaperone this fun event.  We have the BEST parents!  Our parents are dedicated and ensure that our students get every opportunity possible. 

Robotics: Astro Bots

We are so proud of our Astro Bots Robotics Team.  They worked hard designing their robot and researching their problem.  They had an exciting research topic this year:  living and traveling in space.

5th Grade Student of the Month: Jacob

Our 5th Grade Student of the Month is a wonderful student who is always willing to help his teacher or his fellow classmates.  Keep up the great work, Jacob!

Robotics Team

We are so proud of our two robotics teams.  They did an excellent job representing our school at the competition that was held at Whiteside Middle School.  These competitions are outstanding!  Students program robots, they conduct research, and they present their research projects to a panel of judges.  All of the standards are covered in a robotics competition.  Enjoy these photos of our students competing at the tournament.  If you have never been to a robotics competition, you need to attend our next one!  Be prepared to be impressed.

Whiteside Middle School Jazz Band

We all got the pleasure of listening to our jazz band perform in the front lobby.  Our musicians created a festive mood for us as we started our school day.  The jazz band music is a perfect way to begin our day!

Pep Assembly: 5th Grade Performance

Our teachers love performing in the annual pep assembly.  The 5th grade teachers performed Frozen and it was a huge hit with our student body.  We loved it!
