Video: Let's Get Moving!

During this unprecedented time, your mental health is so important.  One of the ways to stay healthy is to exercise.  You can go for a walk,  ride a bike,  (all while social distancing), or now, you can do one of Mrs. Lindemann's physical education workouts.  You can do it by yourself, or get your whole family involved.  No special equipment is needed and you will be encouraged by Mrs. Lindemann all throughout the video.  I did my best on this workout.  I felt powerful after I did the workout and I know you will too!  #ILSchoolsStepUp
