Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day: Civil Engineering

At the Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day at SIUE, we learned about civil engineering and the role it plays in our world.  We applied our knowledge by building structures that could withstand earthquakes.  The students made models and tested them on a simulator.
