Rita Menke: Belleville Citizens of Character

Congratulations to Rita Menke for being named a Belleville Citizen of Character with the BASIC Initiative.  Rita Menke contributes to our school environment as an advocate for students and public education.  We are grateful for all the support Rita Menke gives to us at Whiteside Middle School.  She is a great role model for our students, administrators, faculty, and staff.
